Parkway’s full-service bar sits at the heart of the hall and serves handcrafted cocktails, curated wine, local brews, and a full lineup of domestic and craft beers.
The bar connects directly to several surrounding event spaces and anchors the social energy of the venue. The outdoor Breezeway Patio also extends bar access into an open-air setting.
For private events, bar options include an open bar (wristband system), custom bar builds (mimosa bars, Bloody Marys, champagne service), and add-ons like bottomless sodas, mocktail packages, and drink tickets.

Rented their large room for a baby shower and we had 50 people show up. The accommodations were great. The staff was great. The food was great. We all had a very good time. We will definitely book our next event here.
I love that we have a food hall in Longmont. The concept of having one place provide different food options for a group is brilliant. I decided to order food from Hesher BBQ Company. I ordered the pulled pork bbq sliders with a side of mac & cheese… The bbq sauce was tasty, and I really enjoyed the pulled pork which had a lot of flavor… The food hall was clean and there were plenty of seating options. There is a bar which I would like to visit in the future. A friend said they have really good cocktails. I would also like to return during one of their regular bingo or trivia nights. The other food options that are available include Indian, Thai, Mediterranean, Pizza, Mexican, Burgers and Gelato bars.
We celebrated our son’s graduation at the Food Hall and it did not disappoint. The staff was so fun and easy to work with in making the reservation and picking out our food options. They were outstanding once our guests arrived. Karaoke was happening that evening and we all enjoyed singing and listening to others do the same! I would highly recommend this venue for a celebration. Food and drinks were incredible and the service was top notch!
Nice, spacious food hall in Longmont. Lots of parking. We tried Chili Con Quesadilla and didn’t regret it!… Super flavorful and tender… Seriously some of the best Mexican food I’ve had in Denver… The portions are large. We had Hippops as our dessert… We tried the Godfather, which is pistachio gelato bar, covered in semi sweet chocolate and pistachios… it was amazing! 10/10 dessert option!! In general, the food hall provides choices for everyone. I think there’s BBQ, Pizza, Shwarma, Thai, Indian, and maybe a few more I’m not remembering… Highly recommend.
Parkway Food Hall is a fun place for lunch/dinner or to spend a few hours with friends. Drinks at the bar are excellent, and plenty of variety in restaurants. Lots of board games to play with the family! I cannot recommend this place enough, I have been here several times and never disappointed.
